JISC Monitoring Unit

Provides JISC with the information it requires to effectively manage the services it funds.

The Unit regularly collects and analyses data from each of the services, publishing reports as required by JISC for its relationship and portfolio management.

These reports track performance against defined service levels, as well as measuring service usage over time.
