The 2009 JISC RSC Customer Satisfaction Survey is now closed
Many thanks to everyone who participated in this year's survey. The response has been very good, with nearly a third of invited individuals taking part.
Only through such high response rates are we able to provide accurate interpretation and feedback to the RSCs and JISC.
The draw for the Amazon.co.uk gift vouchers will be made shortly, whilst the findings of the survey will be reported back to the community in due course.
