Web site problems for some mobile users

We are aware of some problems users of mobile browsers may be experiencing. We have confirmed reports from users of iPhones and iPads on the O2 network.

The problem appears to be due to an overly long line in our HTML code which is being broken by O2's proxy. We are working on a fix but this may take a little while to apply (the code in question is being added by a third-party tool).

A workaround is to use our secure site: https://www.jiscmu.ac.uk/.

If you are accessing the site over WiFi you should not be affected by this problem.
