The WAYF service had availability of 100% over the previous 12 months.
The Metadata Registry service had availability of 100% over the past 12 months.
The service level (SL) stating that any changes to the Metadata Registry Service, including the addition of new organisations’ details or changes to an existing organisation’s details will be carried out within two working days was only met in December 2008 this quarter.
JANET(UK) reported that one request took four days in November and two requests took a little over two days in January 2009.
As of 20 February 2009, 667 UK HE and FE organisations had joined the UK Access Management Federation (Source: UK Access Management Federation for Education and Research web site - http://www.ukfederation.org.uk/content/Documents/MemberList). This figure represents 76% of the JISC community.
The Monitoring Unit has determined that the information provided to us for the 2008-09 Q1 Authentication Services report contained errors. The attribution for the majority of cases where updates to the Metadata Registry Service service level (SD Ref: F3.2(b)) were not met was therefore incorrect.
