This report covers the period from 1 February 2011 to 30 April 2011 inclusive. JANET has had high organisation availability for two quarters, with only 18 sites not receiving below the stipulated 99.7% annual availability. The Bob National service at BUFVC suffered prolonged periods of unavailability due to authentication problems following an upgrade in March.

This report covers the period from 1 November 2010 to 31 January 2011 inclusive. Service performance generally continues to be very high though there are response time problems at Copac and Zetoc, which are under investigation. Availabilities of authenticated parts of the ESDS and ESRC Census Programme services were affected by a problem with the common authentication platform. The UK Research Reserve now accounts for most reported use of SUNCAT Strategic.

This report covers the period from 1 February 2010 to 30 April 2010 inclusive. The JANET core network suffered 82 minutes of interruption in Scotland but overall availability to organisations has continued to improve. EDINA identified that EIG session data had been under-reported since December 2008.
